- Develop and execute market strategies for the Northeast region, in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the CI&I Market Engagement department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the Northeast market.
- Drive growth and development in the Northeast region by identifying key market trends and developing strategic initiatives to capitalize on them.
- Monitor and analyze market performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any gaps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Northeast region, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Stay informed on industry and market developments, competitors, and customer needs in order to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead and mentor a team of market analysts and specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
- Collaborate with other regional market leads to share best practices and ensure consistency in market strategies.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership on market performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Represent Capital One in the Northeast market, serving as a brand ambassador and promoting our commitment to transforming banking for good.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A High-Performing Team And Driving Business Results.
Strong Understanding Of The Northeast Market And Previous Experience In Developing And Implementing Targeted Marketing Strategies.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Key Stakeholders.
