- Develop and lead the people strategy for the designated business unit, in alignment with the overall organizational objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives and provide strategic HR support and guidance.
- Drive the recruitment and selection process for the designated business unit, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and other HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement innovative HR solutions to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of HR programs and processes across the organization.
- Conduct regular analysis of HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Experience In Strategic Planning: The Role Of A Manager-Hrbp At Capital One Involves Working Closely With Business Leaders To Develop And Implement Hr Strategies That Align With The Company's Goals. Therefore, Having Experience In Strategic Planning Is Crucial For This Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders, Including Employees, Managers, And Executives, And To Communicate Hr Policies And Procedures Clearly.
