Strong Background In Data Science And Analytics: A Manager, Data Scientist In Credit Review At Capital One Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Data Science And Be Able To Apply Advanced Statistical And Analytical Techniques To Solve Complex Business Problems.
Knowledge Of Credit And Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Credit And Risk Management Principles And Be Able To Leverage Data And Analytics To Inform Credit Decisions And Mitigate Risks.
Experience In Managing And Leading A Team: As A Manager, This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Data Scientists, Providing Guidance, Setting Goals, And Fostering A Collaborative And High-Performing Work Environment.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Business Stakeholders, Data Engineers, And Other Data Scientists. The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
