  1. Manage a team of customer success representatives to ensure timely and effective support for our business clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback, trends, and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Train and coach team members on customer service best practices and company policies.
  6. Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key business clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
  8. Monitor and track team performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  9. Create and maintain customer success metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the customer success program.
  11. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  12. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Promote a positive and customer-centric culture within the team and across the organization.
  14. Continuously look for ways to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the Capital One brand and build relationships with potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Background In B2B Customer Success: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing B2B Customer Success Teams, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Customer Satisfaction And Retention.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Successful B2B Customer Success Manager Must Have Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients, As Well As Effectively Communicate With Internal Teams.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ability To Think Strategically And Develop Effective Solutions To Complex Problems Is Crucial For A B2B Customer Success Manager. This Includes The Ability To Identify Trends, Analyze Data, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
