  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of associate relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees at Capital One.
  2. Conduct thorough investigations into any employee complaints or concerns, ensuring a fair and unbiased process.
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on conflict resolution and best practices for maintaining positive working relationships.
  4. Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all associate relations matters.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to associate relations to promote a culture of fairness and respect.
  6. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  7. Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  8. Train and educate managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices for handling associate relations matters.
  9. Monitor and analyze trends in associate relations and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  10. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  11. Serve as a resource and advocate for employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  12. Continuously assess and improve associate relations processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leadership.
  14. Lead and mentor a team of associate relations professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or Human Resources Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeo.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Conflicts And Build Relationships.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Engagement Programs And Initiatives.
