  1. Lead the user experience design efforts for Capital One Software, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and user-friendly digital products.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations through research, user testing, and data analysis.
  3. Create and maintain design principles and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
  4. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features and functionality for new and existing products.
  5. Utilize design thinking methodologies and agile processes to ideate, prototype, and iterate on design solutions.
  6. Act as a mentor and coach to other UX designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.
  7. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in user experience design and share knowledge with the team.
  8. Work closely with the UX research team to gather insights and data to inform design decisions.
  9. Lead and facilitate workshops and design sprints to generate ideas and solutions for complex design challenges.
  10. Advocate for the user and champion user-centric design principles throughout the organization.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all products.
  12. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting design ideas and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of existing products, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Hci, Ux Design, Interaction Design)

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ux Design, Preferably In A Software Development Environment

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Designers

  • Proficiency In Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering User-Centered Design Solutions That Meet Business Objectives And Drive Customer Satisfaction.
