  11. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing applications.
  12. Identify and implement best practices and standards for front end development.
  13. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's front end development standards and processes.
  14. Keep track of project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  15. Proactively identify and propose solutions for potential risks and issues.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Front-End Development Languages And Frameworks: A Lead Software Engineer Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Front-End Development Languages Such As Html, Css, And Javascript, As Well As Experience With Popular Front-End Frameworks Like React, Angular, Or Vue.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: A Lead Software Engineer Should Have Experience Leading A Team Of Developers And Managing Projects From Start To Finish. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Mentorship, And Ensure That Projects Are Completed On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Abilities: As A Lead Software Engineer, You Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Solving Complex Technical Problems. This Requires Strong Critical Thinking Skills, The Ability To Analyze Data, And Make Sound Decisions To Address Issues And Improve Overall System Performance.

  • Knowledge Of Software Development Best Practices And Methodologies: A Lead Software Engineer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Best Practices And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Scrum. This Includes Knowledge Of Code Review Processes, Unit Testing, And Continuous Integration And Deployment.
