- Design and develop efficient and robust DevOps solutions using Python, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of DevOps solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify and implement improvements to current DevOps processes and practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to DevOps processes and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and continuously drive innovation and improvement.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement DevOps best practices across the organization.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
- Act as a technical leader and role model for the team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Extensive Experience With Python Programming Language And Its Related Frameworks, Such As Django Or Flask.
Proficiency In Managing And Deploying Applications On Kubernetes Platform.
Expertise In Implementing And Maintaining Continuous Integration And Delivery Pipelines Using Jenkins Or Similar Tools.
Strong Understanding Of Devops Principles And Practices, Including Automated Testing, Infrastructure As Code, And Agile Methodologies.
Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Software Engineers, Providing Technical Guidance And Driving Innovation In The Devops Process.
