- Lead the development and implementation of DevOps and Cloud Operations strategies for the company.
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous delivery and stability of cloud-based applications.
- Utilize a strong background in software engineering to design, develop, and maintain highly available systems.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and Cloud Operations to continuously improve the company's practices.
- Communicate and report on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DevOps and Cloud Operations.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the reliability and performance of cloud-based applications.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
