
Lead Service Designer - Sr Manager
We are looking for an experienced Lead Service Designer - Sr Manager to join our team at Capital One and help shape the future of our customer experiences. As a Lead Service Designer - Sr Manager, you will be responsible for developing innovative service design approaches and strategies that enhance the customer journey and elevate the customer experience. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to create a seamless and consistent customer experience across all channels, as well as lead and mentor a team of service designers.To be successful in this role, you must have a deep knowledge of service design principles and methods, with demonstrated experience in leading successful service design projects. An eye for detail and a passion for customer experience is a must. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
