
Growth & Activation Product Manager, Shopping (Remote-Eligible)

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and activation of our shopping products, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives. - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and activation of Capital One's shopping products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, engineering, and data analytics, to ensure alignment and execution of product goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the shopping landscape.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap, outlining key initiatives and timelines for the shopping team.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Utilize agile methodologies to manage and prioritize product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Monitor and analyze product metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert on shopping products, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with external partners and vendors to support product development and growth.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve and optimize the shopping experience for customers.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering open communication and idea-sharing.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Specifically In Growth And Activation Strategies.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Using Data To Drive Decision Making.
Knowledge Of The E-Commerce And Shopping Landscape, Including Trends And Customer Behavior.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Engineering, Design, And Analytics.
