  1. Develop and implement innovative solutions using generative AI technology to enhance and revolutionize products in the financial industry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable AI solutions.
  3. Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI technology and identify opportunities for its application in the financial industry.
  4. Design and execute experiments to validate and improve the performance of generative AI models.
  5. Work closely with data scientists and engineers to collect, clean, and prepare data for use in generative AI models.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for generative AI models, including code, processes, and findings.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve the performance and efficiency of generative AI models.
  8. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with them to ensure successful implementation of generative AI solutions.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to generative AI and contribute to the development of internal guidelines and processes.
  10. Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  11. Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the development and deployment of generative AI products.
  12. Mentor and guide junior team members in the use of generative AI technology and best practices.
  13. Uphold the company's values and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Programming Skills: This Role Requires Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, And/Or C++ To Design And Implement Machine Learning Algorithms And Models.

  • Experience With Ai And Machine Learning Technologies: Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Ai And Machine Learning Techniques, Such As Neural Networks, Deep Learning, And Natural Language Processing, And How To Apply Them In Real-World Applications.
