- Attend and actively participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance the customer experience and achieve sales goals.
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized branch environment, ensuring all promotional materials and displays are up-to-date and attractive.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Sales, Preferably In A Retail Banking Environment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Customers And Build Relationships.
Proven Ability To Meet And Exceed Sales Goals And Targets.
