  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the branch, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with each individual.
  2. Promote Capital One's products and services to customers, identifying their needs and finding solutions that best fit their financial goals.
  3. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers, ensuring a positive and friendly experience for each person who enters the branch.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador for Capital One, representing our company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of all Capital One products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  6. Identify and escalate any customer concerns or issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the financial market in order to provide knowledgeable and relevant advice to customers.
  8. Meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets, while also maintaining excellent customer satisfaction scores.
  9. Collaborate with other members of the branch team to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  10. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience within the branch.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
  12. Attend and actively participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  13. Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance the customer experience and achieve sales goals.
  14. Complete all administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized branch environment, ensuring all promotional materials and displays are up-to-date and attractive.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Sales, Preferably In A Retail Banking Environment.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Customers And Build Relationships.

  • Proven Ability To Meet And Exceed Sales Goals And Targets.
