  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Act as the face of the company, representing the brand and promoting our products and services to customers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by actively engaging in conversation and understanding their needs.
  4. Collaborate with branch team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve branch goals.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns or issues, escalating when necessary.
  6. Stay up-to-date on all company products, services, and policies to effectively communicate information to customers.
  7. Participate in community events and activities to increase brand awareness and support local initiatives.
  8. Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying the company's values and promoting a positive image.
  9. Contribute to the growth and success of the branch by identifying opportunities for improvement and providing feedback to management.
  10. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the branch, ensuring all customers feel valued and respected.
  11. Follow all company procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations and protect customer information.
  12. Continuously seek to improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
  13. Collaborate with other branch ambassadors in the DC Cluster to share best practices and support each other.
  14. Complete administrative tasks, such as opening and closing procedures, accurately and efficiently.
  15. Serve as a positive role model for team members and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service, Sales, Or Relationship Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Team Members.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities To Identify And Resolve Customer Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, As Well As Experience In The Banking Industry, Is Preferred.
