  1. Serve as the face of Capital One by providing exceptional customer service to clients in the Central Suffolk area.
  2. Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Capital One's products and services to potential and existing clients.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a sense of trust and loyalty.
  5. Actively listen to clients' concerns and provide effective solutions to resolve any issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date on all Capital One products and services in order to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
  7. Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by proactively identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
  8. Utilize various communication channels, such as phone, email, and in-person interactions, to effectively communicate with clients.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  10. Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service and overall customer satisfaction.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  12. Represent Capital One in a professional and positive manner at all times.

  14. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

  • Strong Communication Skills: A Full Time Branch Ambassador Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Colleagues, And Managers.

  • Customer Service Experience: This Role Requires A Candidate With A Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service In A Fast-Paced Environment. Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role Is Highly Desired.
