  1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives in the External Affairs team.
  2. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
  3. Coordinate and organize community events and initiatives, including securing venues, managing invitations, and coordinating logistics.
  4. Act as a liaison between the company and community partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  5. Conduct research and gather data on community impact and investment strategies to support decision-making and planning.
  6. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Manage and track budgets and expenses related to community impact and investment initiatives.
  8. Maintain and update databases and records related to community partnerships and initiatives.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges in community impact and investment initiatives.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of community impact and investment strategies.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community impact and investment to enhance the company's efforts.
  12. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the External Affairs team and the company's community impact and investment goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Corporate Or Non-Profit Setting

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interface With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels

  • Proven Project Management And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Priorities And Meet Deadlines

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Community Impact And Investment Strategies, As Well As Experience Working With Diverse Communities And Organizations.
