  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements.
  5. Mentor and train team members to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  7. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for projects and processes.
  9. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the Android development process.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
  11. Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure consistency and integration across platforms.
  12. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for implementation.

  • Strong Technical Expertise In Java And Kotlin: As A Distinguished Engineer - Android Platforms, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Coding Skills And Be Proficient In Java And Kotlin. They Should Be Able To Write Clean, Maintainable, And Efficient Code To Ensure The Smooth Functioning Of The Applications.

  • Leadership And Mentorship Skills: The Distinguished Engineer Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Developers. They Should Be Able To Provide Technical Guidance, Drive Innovation, And Foster A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Improvement Within The Team.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: A Distinguished Engineer Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Have A Deep Understanding Of The Business And Technical Requirements. They Should Be Able To Identify Potential Problems And Come Up With Innovative Solutions To Address Them.
