  1. Develop and execute the user experience strategy for all digital platforms at Capital One.
  2. Lead and inspire a team of designers to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, engineers, and data analysts, to ensure alignment and consistency in the user experience across all touchpoints.
  4. Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies, and continuously evaluate and improve the user experience to stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Foster a culture of user-centered design and customer empathy within the design team and across the organization.
  6. Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience.
  7. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and drive improvements in the user experience.
  8. Manage and prioritize design initiatives and resources to meet business goals and deadlines.
  9. Advocate for the value of user experience design within the organization and educate others on its importance.
  10. Collaborate with senior leadership to align user experience design with overall business objectives and goals.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and reach their full potential.
  12. Monitor and analyze user experience metrics to measure the impact of design initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the design team.
  14. Stay informed on industry best practices and incorporate them into the design process to drive innovation and improve the user experience.
  15. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support design initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In User Experience Design, With A Focus On Digital Products And Services.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Ux Designers, With Experience In Setting Strategic Direction And Driving Team Collaboration.

  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, With A Demonstrated Ability To Conduct User Research And Translate Insights Into Actionable Design Solutions.

  • Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, Agile Environment, With The Ability To Adapt To Changing Priorities And Timelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Advocate For Ux Design Decisions To Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
