  1. Lead and manage a team of technical program managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and design to drive innovative and efficient programs.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  4. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution of programs.
  5. Communicate and report progress, status, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive process efficiencies within the technical program management team.
  7. Utilize your strong technical background to provide guidance and support to the team and make informed decisions.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
  9. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.
  10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs and work towards delivering products that meet and exceed their expectations.
  11. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and project execution.
  12. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to showcase our innovative programs and technologies.
  13. Take ownership of project outcomes and drive accountability within the team to deliver successful programs.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate program performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
