  1. Lead and manage a team of technical program managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project execution.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and improve efficiency within the Bank Tech division.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  5. Communicate project updates, status, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement process enhancements.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technology and project management, and incorporate them into project strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support project success.
  9. Identify and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during project execution.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  11. Provide strategic input and recommendations for future projects and initiatives.
  12. Drive a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and accountability within the team.
  13. Support and participate in talent development and succession planning initiatives.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a leader and role model, demonstrating the company's values and promoting a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Technical Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Extensive Experience In Technical Program Management, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Technical Program Managers.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Banking Technology And Systems, Including Experience With Core Banking Platforms, Payment Processing, And Digital Banking Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
