Director, Technical Program Management

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in program management. Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of technical projects
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams
3. Ensure that technical projects are delivered on time and within budget
4. Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies
5. Identify areas for process improvement and develop plans to implement
6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
7. Develop and maintain project documentation
8. Train and mentor team members on program management best practices
9. Stay abreast of industry trends and technology advancements
10. Work with various departments to ensure successful project implementation
