  1. Lead and manage the Rapid Prototype Team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to achieve team goals.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  4. Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  5. Develop and maintain a strong and efficient software engineering process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve team processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
  7. Communicate progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates and recommendations.
  8. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  9. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for their adoption.
  10. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project deadlines are met.
  11. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  12. Set and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
  13. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to support individual and team development.
  14. Collaborate with other department heads and senior leaders to align the Rapid Prototype Team's goals with the overall objectives of the company.
  15. Represent the Rapid Prototype Team in meetings and presentations to stakeholders and clients.
