Director, Product Management, Enterprise AI and Machine Learning (ML) - AI Safety

4. Conduct thorough research and analysis of the latest AI and ML technologies, trends, and regulations to inform product decisions.
5. Monitor and assess potential risks and ethical concerns related to AI and ML products and services, and develop mitigation plans.
6. Define and communicate clear guidelines and policies for AI safety to internal teams and external stakeholders.
7. Engage with industry experts and participate in conferences and events to stay informed and share best practices for AI safety.
8. Act as a subject matter expert on AI safety, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
9. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of AI safety measures and processes.
10. Represent Capital One's commitment to responsible and ethical AI in external communications and partnerships.
11. Drive the development and adoption of standards and best practices for AI safety within the company.
12. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to AI safety, and ensure compliance within the organization.
13. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to effectively communicate AI safety initiatives to customers and the public.
14. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and responsibility within the Enterprise AI and ML team.
