
Director, Operations Servicing Strategy

Responsibilities for Director, Operations Servicing Strategy:
- Develop and execute operational strategies to improve service delivery and meet customer satisfaction targets.
- Lead cross-functional projects to identify and implement process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Analyze customer data to inform decisions regarding product and service offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Manage team performance and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Create and maintain operational reporting to track progress against goals.
- Prepare presentations and reports to inform senior management of progress and results.
- Collaborate with technology partners to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
- Work with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
