  10. Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve targets and goals.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations to continuously improve and refine business development strategies.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate new leads.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support business development efforts.
  14. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations while conducting business development activities.

Job Qualifications
