  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal audit strategy and plan for the organization.
  2. Lead and manage a team of internal auditors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality work.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership and other key stakeholders to understand the company's goals and objectives.
  4. Identify potential risk areas and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Conduct regular audits of the company's operations, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  6. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on audit findings and help drive business growth and efficiency.
  7. Monitor and report on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure the company's internal audit processes remain current and effective.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a strong control environment and continuous improvement of internal controls.
  10. Foster a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability within the internal audit team and the organization as a whole.
  11. Participate in the hiring, training, and development of internal audit team members.
  12. Prepare and present reports to the Board of Directors and other key stakeholders on the results of audits and any relevant issues.
  13. Handle any ad-hoc tasks or projects related to internal audit, as assigned by executive leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit, Risk Management, Or Related Field

  • Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Or Other Relevant Professional Certification

  • Strong Understanding Of Internal Audit Processes, Methodologies, And Regulatory Requirements

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With Experience Managing And Developing A Team Of Internal Auditors.
