
Director, Design Strategy - Card & Bank Experience Design
We are seeking a strategic, passionate, and creative Director of Design Strategy – Card & Bank Experience Design to join our team at Capital One. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the design team to create innovative and accessible experiences for our customers, while driving customer-centric design strategies that meet our business goals.You should have a deep understanding of design principles, a strong focus on customer experience, and the ability to lead teams to success. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our business, technology, and product teams to ensure that our customers have the best experiences possible.You should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in design strategy, with an emphasis on Card & Bank Experience Design, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Additionally, you should have a demonstrated track record of leading successful design initiatives, and have a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
