
Director, Design Strategy - Card & Bank Experience Design

You will have an impressive track record of crafting innovative, customer-centric design experiences with an emphasis on digital products. You need to be able to think strategically, develop creative solutions, lead workshops, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.To be successful in this role, you will need to have:• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related design field• At least 10 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver impactful customer experiences• The ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead through collaboration• A passion for creating a culture of user-centered design
Responsibilities:
- Lead design team to craft innovative, customer-centric design experiences with an emphasis on digital products.
- Develop and implement design strategies to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Lead workshops to help cross-functional teams collaborate and innovate.
- Mentor and motivate team members to ensure team success.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Communicate design strategies and solutions to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs are in line with company standards and brand identity.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
- Manage day-to-day design operations, including budgets and timelines.
- Create a culture of design excellence and thought leadership.
