- Lead a team of data engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data engineering needs and initiatives
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data systems and infrastructure to support data-driven decision making
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security standards are met and maintained
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in data engineering techniques and tools, and implement relevant best practices
- Manage the data engineering budget and resources effectively
- Communicate data engineering initiatives, progress, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the data engineering team
- Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may impact the success of data engineering projects

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Data Engineering, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Large-Scale Data Platforms And Infrastructure, Including Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, And Streaming Data Pipelines
Extensive Knowledge Of Data Architecture, Data Modeling, And Data Governance Principles
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Successful Data Engineering Initiatives.
