Extensive Experience In Underwriting Community Finance Deals: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Underwriting Community Finance Deals, With A Deep Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Opportunities In This Market.
Strong Financial Acumen: The Director Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Be Able To Assess The Financial Health And Viability Of Community Finance Projects. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing Financial Models And Projections For Complex Deals.
Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Requirements: Community Finance Deals Often Involve Compliance With Various Regulations And Requirements, Such As The Community Reinvestment Act (Cra). The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Regulations And Be Able To Navigate Them Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: This Role Will Involve Working Closely With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Community Organizations, Government Agencies, And Other Financial Institutions. The Director Should Have Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships And Advocate For Capital One's Community Finance Initiatives.
Leadership And Team Management Experience: This Position Will Involve Leading A Team Of Underwriters And Analysts.
