Additionally, you have a strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations, and are able to effectively manage a high volume of work while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Provide legal support and counsel to the commercial real estate business of the company.
- Advise on legal matters related to commercial real estate, including but not limited to acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with real estate transactions.
- Communicate with external parties such as clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies to negotiate and resolve legal issues.
- Advise on legal strategies and solutions to support the growth and success of the company's commercial real estate business.
- Participate in due diligence processes for potential real estate transactions.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal and regulatory requirements related to commercial real estate.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and changes in real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Manage a high volume of work and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documents and correspondence related to commercial real estate.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings related to commercial real estate.
- Mentor and develop more junior members of the legal team.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures for more efficient and effective legal support to the commercial real estate business.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to legal matters.

Jd Degree From An Accredited Law School And Active Membership In Good Standing With The State Bar Association.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience Practicing Commercial Real Estate Law, Preferably In A Large Law Firm Or In-House At A Financial Institution.
Extensive Knowledge Of Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Including Acquisitions, Dispositions, Leasing, Financing, And Development.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Internal Stakeholders And External Parties.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Legal And Business Departments.
