Digital Funding Specialist

The Digital Funding Specialist in the Auto Finance Division provides support to both operations and sales. You will work through a blend of Proof of Income Stipulations/Tasks, offer phone support from “Digital Dealers, and handle overflow tasks from the Assistant Relationship Managers. Reviewing and completing stips/tasks that associated with Proof of Income through Digital Upload. Reviewing and completing stips/tasks that overflow from traditional ARM Pods. Executing and Receiving the overflow of inbound calls and required outbound calls to dealers and customers. Supporting “Digital Dealers” that do not require Relationship manager assistance, but do require funding expertise. Work together with Centralized Team Members to provide Brand Defining White Glove Service in support of our Digital Products.
