- Act as the main point of contact for dealer partners, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase market share for dealer partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven recommendations to achieve business goals.
- Communicate effectively with dealer partners to provide updates on new products, services, and promotions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with dealer partners to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our dealer partners are receiving the most current and relevant support.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and support of dealer partners' needs.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise with dealer partners to maintain a positive and productive relationship.
- Meet and exceed performance goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with dealer partners.
- Represent Capital One in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Utilize Data To Drive Business Decisions.
Knowledge Of The Automotive Industry And Experience Working With Dealerships Is Preferred.
