  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to create customized solutions for dealership partners.
  10. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's dealer network.
  11. Represent Capital One at industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential dealership partners.
  12. Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics set by the company.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while representing the company and building relationships with dealership partners.
  14. Stay organized and manage time effectively to balance multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the automotive industry and keep up with industry trends and developments.
