  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with auto dealers to understand their needs and ensure their success with Capital One's products and services.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions and support to dealers.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve dealer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Utilize strong business acumen to analyze dealer performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of dealer accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Develop and implement dealer training programs to educate them on Capital One's products and services.
  8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
  10. Participate in industry events and conferences to strengthen relationships and promote Capital One's offerings.
  11. Represent Capital One in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Maintain accurate records and reports of all interactions with dealers.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the dealer experience and drive success.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Capital One, promoting our values and mission.
  15. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence by dealers.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: A Successful Dealer Success Manager At Capital One Must Have A Proven Track Record In Sales, With Experience In The Automotive Industry Preferred.
