  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners to ensure their success and satisfaction with Capital One's products and services.
  2. Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to help drive growth and profitability for both the dealers and Capital One.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and stay up-to-date on market trends and changes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive dealer success.
  5. Identify and address any issues or concerns from dealer partners in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Act as a liaison between the dealers and Capital One, effectively communicating and negotiating on behalf of both parties.
  7. Monitor and analyze dealer performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  8. Conduct regular meetings and trainings with dealer partners to ensure they are utilizing Capital One's products and services to their full potential.
  9. Actively seek out new business opportunities and work towards expanding the company's dealer network.
  10. Represent Capital One at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services to potential dealer partners.
  11. Stay informed on competitor activities and industry developments and use this knowledge to stay ahead of the competition.
  12. Maintain accurate records and reports on dealer interactions and performance.
  13. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  14. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new products and services to better meet the needs of our dealer partners.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all industry regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets And Customer Satisfaction Goals.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Understand And Interpret Data To Drive Business Decisions.
