  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners to ensure their success and satisfaction with Capital One's services.
  2. Communicate effectively with dealers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive dealer engagement and growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or concerns raised by dealers.
  5. Monitor and analyze dealer performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to dealers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to dealers.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to dealers.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement training programs and resources for dealers.
  10. Travel to meet with dealers in person, as needed.
  11. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
  12. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth and development, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Particularly In The Automotive Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Dealers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Profitable Growth.
