1. Assist in managing and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

3. Assist in the underwriting and due diligence process for potential real estate transactions.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance, legal, and risk management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Prepare and present presentations, reports, and other materials to senior management and clients.
6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all real estate transactions and activities.
7. Monitor and track industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
8. Collaborate with team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities and foster growth within existing client relationships.
9. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any issues.
