- Develop and implement content strategies that align with the overall design vision and goals of the Consumer Card & Bank team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to create user-centric and impactful content for various products and services.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform content decisions and ensure messaging resonates with our diverse customer base.
- Create and maintain a consistent and cohesive tone and voice across all customer-facing content.
- Write, edit, and proofread content for various channels, including digital interfaces, marketing materials, and customer communications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in content design and incorporate them into our strategies and processes.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and refine content.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all content meets regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all content reflects the Capital One brand values and guidelines.
Bachelor's Degree In Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Content Creation And Design, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proficiency In Graphic Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Canva, As Well As Experience With Content Management Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Market Trends In The Banking And Credit Card Industry.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
