  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Serve as the subject matter expert on compliance and regulatory matters for the US Card Collections team.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met in business processes and operations.
  5. Provide training and guidance to team members on compliance policies, procedures, and regulations.
  6. Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update compliance policies and procedures accordingly.
  7. Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  8. Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory agencies as required.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with external regulators and auditors as needed.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide guidance on compliance-related issues.
  11. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to compliance and implement them into the company's practices.
  12. Lead and support compliance investigations and remediation efforts as needed.
  13. Monitor and track compliance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  14. Represent the company in compliance-related meetings and conferences.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve compliance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
