- Conduct compliance audits: This role will require conducting regular compliance audits to assess the company's adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Compliance Advisor Manager will be responsible for identifying potential compliance risks and recommending corrective actions.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Compliance Or Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Banking And Financial Services.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Compliance Advisors.
