- Curate and enhance the city experience for Velocity Black members in Washington, D.C.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and vendors to provide exclusive offers and experiences for members.
- Plan and organize unique and personalized itineraries for members based on their preferences and interests.
- Conduct thorough research on the city and stay up-to-date on new attractions, events, and restaurants to continually enhance the member experience.
- Communicate regularly with members to gather feedback and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and market Velocity Black experiences in Washington, D.C.
- Manage and track member reservations and bookings, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Assist with member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to address any concerns or issues.
- Coordinate with the rest of the Velocity Black team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Represent Velocity Black and Capital One at networking events and build relationships with potential partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on member experiences, reservations, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all experiences and activities are executed flawlessly.
- Train and mentor new team members on the Velocity Black brand, standards, and processes.
