- Lead a team of employees to execute customer experience initiatives and ensure consistency across all city locations.
- Conduct research and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes, procedures, and technologies that enhance the customer experience.
- Train and coach team members on customer service best practices and ensure they are providing exceptional service to customers.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including city managers and local business partners.

- Create and manage budgets for customer experience initiatives and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Capital One and its customer experience initiatives to the community.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Event Planning And Management.
