- Greet and welcome customers to the café with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
- Engage with customers and build relationships by providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Share knowledge and expertise about coffee and other products with customers through coaching and education.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Café Coach and Capital One, promoting the company's values and mission.
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including the beverage station, seating area, and restrooms.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the café team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest new ideas for the café.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance coffee knowledge and customer service skills.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Act as a team player, supporting and assisting colleagues as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and represent the company in a positive light.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and contribute to the success of the café and the company.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry, Particularly In Café Or Coffee Shop Management.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Team Members.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Create A Welcoming And Inviting Atmosphere For Guests.
Proficiency In Financial Management, Including Budgeting, Cost Control, And Inventory Management.
