  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Café Coach visitors, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and guide them towards making informed financial decisions.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers, offering ongoing support and guidance in achieving their financial objectives.
  4. Utilize knowledge and expertise in financial management to educate customers on budgeting, saving, and other financial topics.
  5. Collaborate with the Café Coach team to develop and implement effective coaching strategies and programs.
  6. Stay up-to-date on financial industry trends and changes, and share this information with customers to help them make informed decisions.
  7. Assist in the planning and execution of events and workshops at the Café Coach, aimed at educating and empowering customers in their financial journey.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and progress towards their financial goals.
  9. Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Café Coach.
  10. Uphold company standards and policies, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all customers and team members.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, and share knowledge and skills with the team to enhance overall performance.
  12. Represent the Café Coach and Capital One brand in a positive manner, both in-store and in the community.
  13. Adhere to all financial regulations and guidelines to ensure the protection of customer information and assets.
  14. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and provide suggestions for enhancing the customer experience at the Café Coach.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry: The Ideal Café Coach Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Café Or Restaurant, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role. This Experience Will Ensure They Have A Strong Understanding Of The Industry And The Ability To Effectively Coach And Lead A Team.

  • Customer Service Skills: As A Café Coach, One Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills To Ensure A Positive Experience For All Customers. This Includes The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints, Provide Recommendations, And Ensure A High Level Of Satisfaction Among Patrons.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: The Café Coach Should Possess Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Oversee The Daily Operations Of The Café. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Train And Develop Team Members, And Maintain A Positive And Productive Work Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Food Safety And Hygiene Standards: It Is Crucial For The Café Coach To Have A Strong Understanding Of Food Safety And Hygiene Standards To Ensure The Café Operates In Compliance With Regulations. This Includes Knowledge Of Proper Food Handling, Storage, And Preparation Techniques.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Café Coach Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Customers, And Other Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Give Clear Instructions, Provide Feedback, And Handle Any Conflicts That May Arise.
