- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Serve as the face of the company, representing Capital One's values and brand image.
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment to uphold a high standard of excellence.
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers with a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to providing outstanding service to customers.

Customer Service Experience: A Café Ambassador Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry. This Will Ensure They Have The Necessary Skills To Provide Excellent Service To Customers And Create A Positive Experience At The Café.
Knowledge Of Coffee And Food: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Knowledge Of Coffee, Including Different Brewing Methods And Types Of Beans. They Should Also Be Familiar With The Café's Menu And Be Able To Make Recommendations To Customers Based On Their Preferences.
Communication Skills: As A Café Ambassador, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Customers, As Well As Collaborating With The Café Team And Other Departments Within The Company. Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For This Role.
Sales And Marketing Experience: The Café Ambassador Will Also Be Responsible For Promoting The Café And Driving Sales. Therefore, Having Previous Experience In Sales And Marketing, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Social Media And Digital Marketing, Would Be Valuable Qualifications For This Role.
Team Player: The Café Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, And The Café Ambassador Will Need To Work Well With Others To Ensure Smooth Operations.
