- Greet and welcome guests to the Capital One café at the Mall of America
- Create a positive and inviting atmosphere for guests by providing exceptional customer service
- Act as a brand ambassador for Capital One and represent the company in a professional and friendly manner
- Engage with guests and build rapport to enhance their overall experience
- Educate guests about Capital One products and services, as well as any current promotions or events happening in the café
- Keep the café space clean and organized, including wiping down tables and counters, restocking supplies, and maintaining the overall appearance of the space
- Handle cash transactions and operate the register accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience
- Proactively address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in hospitality to continuously improve the guest experience.
Customer Service Experience: A Café Ambassador At Capital One Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In The Food Or Retail Industry. This Will Ensure They Have The Necessary Skills To Provide Exceptional Service To Customers.
Knowledge Of Café Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Café Operations, Including Preparing Food And Beverages, Maintaining Inventory, And Handling Cash Transactions. This Knowledge Will Help Them Effectively Manage The Café And Ensure Smooth Operations.
Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential For A Café Ambassador As They Will Be Interacting With Customers, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders On A Daily Basis. They Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly, Listen Actively, And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.
