- Greet and welcome customers to the café in a warm and friendly manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment at all times.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure all products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
- Actively promote and upsell café offerings to customers.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings as required.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Café Ambassador, You Will Be Representing Capital One And Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, It Is Essential To Have Strong Customer Service Skills, Including Being Friendly, Attentive, And Able To Handle Difficult Situations With Professionalism.
Knowledge Of Coffee And Food Service: As A Café Ambassador, You Will Be Responsible For Preparing And Serving Coffee And Food Items To Customers. Having Prior Knowledge Of Coffee And Food Service, Including Brewing Methods, Food Safety Regulations, And Menu Items, Will Be Beneficial In This Role.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Café Ambassador, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Customers, Team Members, And Management. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Convey Information And Provide Exceptional Service.
Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Working In A Café Can Be Fast-Paced And Require Multitasking. As A Café Ambassador, You Will Be Responsible For Taking Orders, Preparing Drinks And Food, And Handling Payments, All While Maintaining A Clean And Organized Workspace.
Prior Retail Or Hospitality Experience: While Not Required, Having Prior Experience In A Retail Or Hospitality Setting Can Be Beneficial For A Café Ambassador Role. This Can Demonstrate Your Ability To Work With Customers, Handle Cash Transactions, And Maintain A Positive Attitude In A Fast-Paced Environment.
