  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty.
  4. Educate customers on Capital One's products and services and assist them in selecting the best options for their financial needs.
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Act as an advocate for the company by promoting our values and mission to customers.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in company policies and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Branch Ambassadors Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Colleagues, And Management. This Includes Both Verbal And Written Communication.

  • Customer Service Experience: As A Branch Ambassador, You Will Be The Face Of The Company And The First Point Of Contact For Customers. Therefore, Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Essential.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services: A Thorough Understanding Of Banking Products And Services, Including Checking And Savings Accounts, Loans, And Credit Cards, Is Necessary To Assist Customers With Their Financial Needs.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Branch Ambassadors Must Be Able To Think Critically And Find Solutions To Customer Issues And Concerns. This Requires Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Professionalism.

  • Team Player: In Addition To Working With Customers, Branch Ambassadors Must Also Collaborate With Their Team Members And Other Departments Within The Company. The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
