• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent from universities and other sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with university career centers and student organizations to promote Capital One as an employer of choice.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for student and graduate positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Utilize various recruiting methods and tools, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Provide a positive and personalized candidate experience by effectively communicating and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruiting to continuously improve and innovate our recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with the broader recruiting team to share knowledge and best practices, and support other recruiting initiatives as needed.
• Represent Capital One at career fairs, information sessions, and other recruiting events to promote our brand and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting data and reports to track progress and measure success.
• Contribute to the overall success of the organization by helping to build a diverse and talented workforce.
