
Associate, Recruiter - Students and Grad's (Hybrid)

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent from universities and other sources.
- Build and maintain relationships with university career centers and student organizations to promote Capital One as an employer of choice.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for student and graduate positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize various recruiting methods and tools, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive and personalized candidate experience by effectively communicating and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruiting to continuously improve and innovate our recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the broader recruiting team to share knowledge and best practices, and support other recruiting initiatives as needed.
- Represent Capital One at career fairs, information sessions, and other recruiting events to promote our brand and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting data and reports to track progress and measure success.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by helping to build a diverse and talented workforce.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting Students And Recent Graduates, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Social Media And Campus Recruiting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Candidates And Build Relationships With University Partners.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Recruitment Goals And Targets.
